Flood - Information for our business partners

July 26, 2021

On the night from July13 th to July 14th 2021 and again from July 14th to July 15th 2021, the region of North Rhine-Westphalia was hit by severe storms and heavy rain. As a result, floods and destruction occurred in large parts of the country. Our location in Neuss is not directly affected.

Due to the weather-related natural disaster (force majeure) in large parts of North Rhine-Westphalia, delivery delays may occur, which we are not able to assess for now. At the moment we do not know to what extent our suppliers and service providers are affected by the consequences of the storm. However, we strongly assume that there will be significant disruptions in the flow of materials in the short term. Our partners and suppliers have been hit by this natural event in such a way that they can only supply us to a limited extent and / or not at all.

Even if our location has not been directly affected by this storm, the unforeseeable event for which we are not responsible forces us to take force majeure with immediate effect and to anticipate disruptions and delays in the delivery of orders.

We are doing everything we can so that we can soon be able to deliver again without restrictions. As soon as we have more information from our partners and suppliers, we will be happy to pass on all the information to you as soon as possible. Thank you for your understanding.
